Refunds & Returns

Although we take utmost care of the quality of all CocoNUTS Republic merchandise, it may occur that your order does not entirely live up to your expectations after all. No worries, or as we say in Bali:
Tidak ada masalah!

Return Policy
You can return any item purchased on within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is not bought on Sale, unused, unworn and undamaged (trying is allowed)
Here's how:

1. Fill out the return form which came with your order. Or download the return form here.

2. Return merchandise in its original condition, including all attached tags and packaging.

3. Mail returns (e.g. PostNL): should be returned by recorded delivery only. We will not refund merchandise sent by unrecorded delivery as we cannot take responsibility for any loss during dispatch.

4. UPS returns: prepare the package and stick the pre-printed and pre-paid UPS label on the order box (or any other solid, rigid carton box) over the prior delivery information. with our UPS return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our head quarters in Amsterdam.

5. Schedule the pick up of your package by contacting UPS
The courier will pick up the package wherever you wish. We normally process returns within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
However, please allow up to 7 business days during peak times. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Refunds will be issued for properly returned items.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
All returns must be shipped from the same country purchased from, due to merchandising restrictions.

Refund Times

Ideal and Credit Card Refunds: Credit Card companies vary in the time they take to restore the credit back to your account and the transaction could take up to 7 business days to be settled from the day of our refund confirmation e-mail.

PayPal Refunds: Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.
